I'm proud to announce that we are moving the 2nd Annual Bad Boys of Charity 250 Go-Kart race to Rapid Raceway in the Thunder Dome. With Electric City going out of business in Kalamazoo, Mi it left West Michigan Fundraising wondering if the event would happen again. With a quick phone call to Heather at Rapid Raceway we our proud to announce that the Thunder Dome will be holding the event this year on, Saturday January 9th, at 12:00pm.

The format will be 8 teams of 4 drivers that will compete on the Thunder Dome track to see who can make 250 Laps First or the most laps in two and half hours. The cost per a team is $200 and is on a first come first basis. We expect this event to sell out fast so spots will only be held for prepaid teams only. Last year's event sold out in three weeks!!! So please don't delay as we want to see your team compete. It's expected the Kalamazoo Speedway will be there to defend there tittle as they just edged out the Hillbilly Racing at the line last year in a photo finish with the team from Crystal Motor Speedway team rounding out the top 3. This year we expect to have a team from the Angola Motor Speedway, M-40 Speedway, and hopefully some other race tracks in Michigan and Indiana.

Also just announced is there will be two special races that will happen during intermission this year. The first race will be the battle of the track owners and promoters that will feature a $25 buy in for a 20 Lap Feature Race that will get to see the winner donate the money to a charity of their choice. The second race will see a battle of the mega announcers in a 15 lap race with a $25 buy in with the winner getting to chose which charity the money in that race will go to. Again these races are for the first 8 announcers or promoters that sign up for this event.
